Steve has a strong background in community sport as a player, coach and administrator coupled with over 24 years’ experience in People and Culture within the finance sector, which includes his current role, Senior Manager People & Culture at Credit Union SA.
Steve emphasises the importance of creating a culture where all involved are aligned to the values of a club whilst setting goals for club, team and individual success.
Utilising his sporting and business networks Steve draws on learnings and experience from leaders who set high standards for themselves and their teams. These leaders each demonstrate determination and focus to create a desired culture for their coaches, players, staff and committees to succeed on and off field.

Riley Williams is our website designer and is passionate about promoting the power of online content. Riley is a young creative, also based in Adelaide.
