How we do it
We do this through interactive workshops with your key club and team stakeholders (officials, club members and players) providing a great opportunity for whole of club buy in on conversations on club culture.

When It Began
In January 2016 I took a phone call from a life long friend David Kennewell who was head coach of Flinders Park an amateur football team in South Australia.
David knew about my own sporting back ground and work in people and culture and asked if I would come and do “something” with his coaches and players on culture and team work.
It must have been successful as I was asked back on several occasions to facilitate workshops for the players and their combined committees of football, cricket and netball… a good sign.
What started off as a favour to a friend, ignited a passion to help more clubs and their people and One Club Culture was born.
Since then my focus has been to help clients in the areas of mentoring club leaders (Boards, Committees and Coaches) and athletes, in the development of ‘one club culture’ in line with values to ensure long term success of teams and clubs.
What is most pleasing is that most of the clients that engage me have found out about One Club Culture through word of mouth from those who have trusted me with their club culture and recommended me to others.
